I wanted to thank you and your company for the outstanding and professional manner in which you responded to and settled our recent fire loss. When the incident occurred at 306 3rd Avenue SW, our entire church and community suffered a great loss, not only in the structure itself, but we also lost a bit of history due to the significance of this building in the Mulberry community. Our initial contact with you was handled without any pressure but we with the assurance that you would do the very best job in recovering our loss. This was our expectation and you completed the task successfully.
